JUST WATER? WAIT! THERE`S MORE



We all know how much we need water for survival, but exactly how?
Sometimes we drink water but not up to the required quantity (3.7 litres which is 15 cups a day for the average adult male and 2.7 litres which is 11 cups a day for the average adult female.)

  • water regulates temperature and other body functions.
  • water quenches thirst and also helps in rejuvenating the body.
You are probably not drinking enough water if:

  • you have occasional dizzy spells
  • difficulty in passing urine and faeces (constipation)
  • if your urine is more yellowish than colourless
There are so many health issues associated with dehydration so if any of these symptoms persists, do well to visit a doctor.

  • HOT OR DEHYDRATED: Often, dehydration causes more harm than we can imagine. Its better to drink water and prevent any sort of complications to our health.
  • HAVING AN INFECTION: Drink more water. Water as said earlier contains electrolytes that also help fight off foreign bodies especially with infections that has to do with the urinary tract.
