JUST WATER? WAIT! THERE`S MORE
We all know how much we need water for survival, but exactly how?
Sometimes we drink water but not up to the required quantity (3.7 litres which is 15 cups a day for the average adult male and 2.7 litres which is 11 cups a day for the average adult female.)
- water regulates temperature and other body functions.
- water quenches thirst and also helps in rejuvenating the body.
- you have occasional dizzy spells
- difficulty in passing urine and faeces (constipation)
- if your urine is more yellowish than colourless
- HAIR GROWTH AND SKIN CARE: Water triggers the vitamins that help boost hair growth and skin rejuvenation.
- WEIGHT LOSS: Water helps suppress appetite especially when taken before and between meals. Water is safe and 100% calorie free and of course very satisfactory the more reason to substitute that soda for water. water is known to contain electrolytes that burn calories.
- CONSTIPATION: Drink more water because it helps soften the stools for easier passing out.
- INDIGESTION: Water contains electrolytes that help in breaking down food particles, and so aid digestion.
- HOT OR DEHYDRATED: Often, dehydration causes more harm than we can imagine. Its better to drink water and prevent any sort of complications to our health.
- HAVING AN INFECTION: Drink more water. Water as said earlier contains electrolytes that also help fight off foreign bodies especially with infections that has to do with the urinary tract.
